We are designed to move, our muscles and joints need to move, this keeps our bodies and minds working their best. 

The environment in which we live or work and the lifestyles that we choose to lead, mean that we are sitting more and moving less. We are likely to suffer from ill-health and immobility meaning we are less able to enjoy our lives in the way that we want to.

I Can Connect has been designed to help reverse this trend, enabling people to move more and sit less from the comfort and convenience of their own homes.

I Can Connect is a subscription-based service. Members will receive access to our platform with all our classes, personal support from coaches, plus our online community to connect with others.

We offer a free 14-day free trial, which allows you to try the service and all its features and benefits for free. You will be reminded when your free trial is ending, providing you with the option to cancel your trial and access to the site. Post the 14-day free trial, you still have a further 14 days to cancel and get a full refund if you change your mind, also known as a cooling off period.

At the sign-up process we require you to provide us with billing information and agree to our 4-month minimum subscription period. This ensures the smooth customer journey, but to be clear this does not affect your free trial or your 14 days cooling off period.

This minimum subscription period has been defined as a suitable length of time for individuals to notice improvements in their health and wellbeing.

On the date of joining our platform, one Direct Debit payment of £15 will be made, followed by 3 further consecutive payments each month thereafter. This means the total initial investment for joining I Can Connect will be £60.

Once the 4-month subscription period has ended, we will continue to renew your membership monthly until terminated.

Unless you cancel your membership before your billing date, you authorise us to charge the membership fee for the next billing cycle to your chosen Payment Method.

We offer a 14-day free trial, this allows you to try the service and all its features and benefits for free. You will be reminded when your free trial is ending and provide you the option to cancel your trial and access to the site. 

Post the 14-day free trial, you still have a further 14 days to cancel and get a full refund if you change your mind, also known as a cooling off period.

Once you have passed the 14-day free trial and the cooling off period, you can cancel your I Can Connect membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service and platform through to the end of your billing period. If you are out of your 14-day cooling-off period, but within your 4-month minimum subscription period, you will be liable for any outstanding payments within this 4-month time frame. Simply this is because you have agreed to a minimum 4-month term. 

You can cancel your subscription and you will be notified of the outstanding amount that will be debited from your account. This will cover the money owed for the minimum term. Access to the platform will continue until the minimum term period is over.

To cancel, go to the “My Billing” section on the platform and follow the instructions for cancellation.

On or after you have completed your minimum 4-month subscription you can cancel your subscription. This will mean your direct debit will be stopped and no further payments taken. You will have access to the platform up until the time your last payment entitles you to it. You will be notified of when this is at the time of cancelling your subscription.

If you change your mind about cancelling, you can reactivate your account at any time.
